Returns and Cancellations
Please contact us to obtain a returns note number. You must obtain a returns note number before sending anything back to us, otherwise we may not be able to process your return. Failure to contact us in advance of any returns eliminate us from any responsibility of the item. We cannot be held responsible for items returned without authorisation.
If you believe that products you have purchased from OKI Shop are defective or damaged upon delivery report this immediately to the delivery driver and detail the defect or damage on the driver’s copy of the delivery note. You must contact us immediately to report the defect or damage. All repairs or replacements of goods are at the manufacturer’s discretion and consistent with the terms and conditions specified by their guarantee. OKI Shop will not take responsibility for any consequential damage or loss as a result of product defect(s).
Unwanted goods returned to us must be unused, and still in their original unopened packaging, with the official OKI protective seal on the packaging intact and untampered with. Returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before being processed by us. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We will not accept order cancellations made in any way. Once your order has been processed you may only exercise your right of withdrawal according to this procedure.
