- If an item is out of stock we will inform you and give you the option to wait for delivery, choose a replacement product or cancel your order.
- Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made in writing within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

My dealings with the staff at Oki Shop has found them to be always friendly, helpful and kind. The telephone is answered promptly and efficiently. You can almost “see” the smile at the other end of the line. My recent problem was solved after a great deal of help delivered with patience and enthusiasm. I felt confident in knowing that help was at the end of the phone line.
